About the Role

Ella May’s Corporate Concierge is recruiting a Business Coordinator for its Nairobi office. This is a full-time, hybrid position that supports the day-to-day operations and growth of a specialist firm focused on client relationship management, corporate gifting, and business-to-business networking. You’ll work directly with the Founder, handling coordination, research, and stakeholder engagement across multiple concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to research unfamiliar topics independently, think critically and present findings clearly.
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-directed approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take ownership of work.
