About the Role
Ella May’s Corporate Concierge is recruiting a Business Coordinator for its Nairobi office. You’ll work directly with the Founder, handling coordination, research, and stakeholder engagement across multiple concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of work experience in a coordination, client service, research or business support capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to research unfamiliar topics independently, think critically and present findings clearly.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-directed approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take ownership of work.
