About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming fish stock deliveries and sort items according to Victory Farms warehouse protocols and storage requirements.
• Handle the receipt and dispatch of fish feeds, maintaining accuracy in quantities and ensuring timely processing of all movements.
• Cross-check physical stock against delivery documentation and flag any gaps, damages, or discrepancies immediately to management.
• Position and arrange stock using proper stacking methods to preserve product condition and maintain safe working spaces within the warehouse.
• Manage crate handling, process returned items, and coordinate stock flow to prevent bottlenecks in warehouse operations.
• Participate in scheduled inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by the warehouse supervisor or management team.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness through regular sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming to uphold hygiene standards.
• Execute deep cleaning tasks and assist with special warehouse projects as assigned by management.
• Comply with all health, safety, hygiene, and security policies set by Victory Farms at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Completed secondary education (KCSE Form 4) with a minimum grade of D- (minus) or above.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience is advantageous but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions accurately and work cooperatively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all stock-related activities.
• Physical capability to safely lift, carry, and move stock items throughout the warehouse.
• Clear communication skills and a reliable, professional attitude toward assigned duties.
