About the Role
Tarra Agility Africa is recruiting for an Executive/Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner in Nairobi. This is a full-time position that goes well beyond traditional administrative support. You will function as the Managing Partner’s strategic gatekeeper, operational anchor, and primary interface with high-level stakeholders, international investors, and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Partner’s calendar with careful attention to high-stakes client meetings, multiple time zones, and interdepartmental dependencies. Screen and prioritize emails, composing responses on behalf of the Partner where appropriate.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, corporate executives, and business partners, handling sensitive matters with discretion and professional diplomacy.
- Prepare comprehensive briefing materials for all engagements, including organized legal and tax documentation, meeting agendas, and detailed notes. Track and ensure accountability on all follow-up actions.
- Coordinate high-profile special projects, client roundtables, international travel logistics, and firm events as required.
- Serve as a liaison between the Managing Partner’s office and internal legal, accounting, and administrative teams to guarantee smooth communication and on-time delivery of client commitments.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive corporate, legal, and financial information.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Operations Coordinator in a professional services, law firm, or corporate advisory environment.
- Proven experience managing high-level stakeholder relationships and handling confidential business information with absolute integrity.
- Fluent in written and spoken English with the ability to communicate complex professional matters with clarity and precision.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, Zoom, scheduling software, and CRM or task management platforms.
