About the Role

Collection Africa Limited is recruiting a Team Leader to join its Nairobi office on a full-time basis. The Team Leader at Collection Africa Limited will report directly to senior management and play a hands-on part in activating revenue streams, monitoring team productivity, and ensuring quality output. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the performance of assigned team members to meet departmental targets and timelines.
• Activate and manage assigned portfolios to ensure continuous performance improvement and revenue consistency.
• Monitor portfolio productivity metrics and implement corrective actions when performance dips below expected levels.
• Prepare detailed and accurate client reports that reflect portfolio status, achievements, and areas requiring attention.
• Apply data protection principles and transparency in fund transfer (TCF) practices across all team operations.
• Develop and execute strategic plans that align team activities with broader organizational goals.
• Make informed decisions on resource allocation and portfolio prioritization based on performance data.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum three years of hands-on experience in conventional or retail portfolio management.
• Demonstrated expertise in portfolio management and the ability to activate multiple revenue streams.
• Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills with a track record of implementing plans effectively.
• Proficiency in preparing clear, professional client reports using data analysis and business intelligence tools.
• Working knowledge of data protection regulations and transparency in fund transfer (TCF) principles.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate team members while maintaining quality standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-moving portfolio environment.
