About the Role

Solvo Global is recruiting a Lead Generation Specialist to serve as a key member of the Sales Development Representative team. In this full-time position based in Kenya, you will combine market research with data analysis to identify and qualify high-value prospects. Your work will directly fuel the pipeline that drives revenue growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate market segments and identify companies that match our Ideal Customer Profile, with attention to industry, company size, and growth trajectory.
  • Research and verify decision-makers within target accounts using hiring announcements, funding signals, and other behavioral indicators.
  • Supply qualified, high-intent leads to the SDR team with documented rationale for outreach.
  • Use lead enrichment platforms to source and validate contact information, improving the accuracy of outreach lists.
  • Develop proficiency across our sales technology stack and contribute to process improvements that benefit the wider team.
  • Segment prospect databases and manage list hygiene to maintain data quality standards.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive signals to refine targeting criteria over time.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in lead generation, inside sales, business development, or a related sales function.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret market signals, recognize growth indicators, and prioritize warm opportunities.
  • Practical experience with account segmentation and targeting methodology aligned to an Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Working knowledge of Apollo.io, Lusha, Hunter, or comparable lead intelligence and data enrichment tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief SDRs on prospect context and strategy.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and adjust tactics as sales strategy evolves.
