Open Positions

Office Attendant

Accountant

• Oversee daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks.

• Use QuickBooks and other accounting software to manage financial data.

• Meet and exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct field visits and follow up with customers regularly.

Key Requirements

Office Attendant

• KCSE Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Fluency in English and Kiswahili.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Accountant

• CPA(K) certification or recognised accounting qualification from ICPAK.
• In-depth knowledge of Kenyan tax laws and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and similar accounting software.
• 2–5+ years of hands-on accounting experience.

Sales Representative

• Formal education in Agriculture, Agronomy, or Horticulture.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, social media, and CRM systems.
• 3–5 years of field sales experience with horticultural seeds, bio-stimulants, or biochemicals.

Work Locations

The Office Attendant and Accountant roles are based in Nairobi. Sales Representatives are assigned to the Central Highlands, Eastern Region, Rift Valley, and Kajiado and its surrounding areas.
