Warehouse Clerk – Producer at Sheer Logic

Main functions /Roles are as follows:

•  Updating and data Entry to the Eatta  Oklo auction platform.
•  Sale offer auction weight notes(weekly) to Broker.
•  Weekly sample delivery to brokers upon sale offers
•  Auction Delivery orders updating and sale confirmation.
•  Tea sampling and Sampling delivery to Brokers.
•  Weekly auction reprints and Auction weight notes.
•  Receiving and delivery of teas for auction/PVT Sales
•  Customer committed stock report (weekly).
•  Customer non-committed stock report(weekly).
•  Auction Sale confirmation Processes
•  Physical stock Taking as directed by the customer or supervisor
•  Daily stock movement Report.
•  Monthly stock reports as per clients Request

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 1 yr experience
• Proficiency in computer operations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask
