Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
• Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and offer recommendations when needed.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
• Set up and clear tables promptly, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Process payments and issue receipts with accuracy.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests courteously.
• Follow hygiene and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
• Assist in restocking inventory and preparing for peak service hours.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent certification is a plus.
• 2-4 years of experience as a waiter in a hotel, fine dining restaurant, or upscale café.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu pairings and presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays when necessary.
• Team player with a positive and customer-centric attitude.
