Primary Responsibilities

As the Business Development Executive, your role will primarily involve serving the UK market. Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Develop and execute an effective strategy to reach clients and drive new business sales growth.
  2. Cultivate relationships at various levels within prospective customer organizations to identify revenue opportunities.
  3. Maintain a customer-centric approach, utilizing consultative sales techniques to maximize all sales possibilities.
  4. Demonstrate a strong commercial sales focus and financial acumen when pursuing new business opportunities.
  5. Manage the existing customer base in your territory and cross-sell products and services across the current service portfolio.
  6. Familiarize yourself with pricing for solutions and services to effectively market them to customers.
  7. Achieve strategic business gains, with a focus on core business sectors, encompassing CCTV, Access Control, Fire Safety Solutions, and associated maintenance contracts.
  8. Research and assess new demand for services and solutions, as well as customer needs and insights.
  9. Contribute to the evaluation of customers and competitors to gauge future demand, sales initiatives, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Possess a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in a call center or BPO environment.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and reporting skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience in telesales and telemarketing.
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail and maintain accurate record-keeping.
  • Be skilled in time management.
  • Display a high level of discipline and uphold impeccable character.
  • Possess strong organizational capabilities.
  • Exude confidence and assertiveness.
  • Maintain a focus on achieving growth results.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team and build strong relationships.
  • Previous customer service and progressive sales experience in the security and safety industry.
  • Mandatory experience in field security and safety sales.
  • Experience in technology sales is considered an advantage.
