Telesales Agents – Nairobi at CCK Global

ROLE SUMMARY:

• We are looking for motivated Telesales Agents to drive outbound campaigns for Hilton Invoice Optimization Software targeting the U.S. and Canada. The role involves engaging prospects, presenting software value (20-30% invoice savings), and converting subscriptions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to U.S. & Canada prospects.
• Present and explain software benefits clearly.
• Guide prospects through onboarding and invoice uploads.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain CRM records and manage sales pipeline.
• Conduct follow-ups and nurture leads professionally

WORKING HOURS:

• Must work U.S. Eastern or Pacific Time shifts; flexible scheduling may be required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ year in telesales, outbound sales, or BPO.
• Experience with U.S./international campaigns is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Adversus, HubSpot, Zoho).
• SaaS or subscription sales experience is advantageous.
• Willingness to work on a commission basis.
