Technical Support Job Responsibilities
As a key team member, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Building and nurturing strong customer relationships to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Engaging in prospecting activities and actively gathering market information and feedback to gain a competitive advantage.
- Providing technical support to customers, including conducting site visits and inspections as needed.
- Ensuring smooth on-site commissioning and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes when required.
- Skillfully preparing accurate quotations, configurations, and calculations for orders and projects.
- Actively participating in and organizing exhibitions, seminars, and meetings to promote the company’s products and services.
- Creating comprehensive technical presentations and conducting training sessions to educate clients on product features and benefits.
- Consistently delivering detailed weekly and monthly reports to keep all stakeholders informed of progress and developments.
Moreover, you will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting both software and hardware issues for our customers, providing them with efficient solutions and assisting in the installation of applications and programs.
Education and Skills:
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field, ensuring a solid foundation for the role.
- Ideally, you will bring proven industry experience with a deep understanding of how systems work, enabling you to excel in technical aspects.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Effective communication skills coupled with a keen business acumen, empower you to interact confidently with diverse markets and cultivate strong business relationships.
- A customer-centric approach, demonstrating your ability to prioritize customer needs and deliver tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
