Tech Care for All Africa (TC4A) is a health technology organization operating across East Africa, delivering digital learning platforms and training solutions to healthcare professionals and pharmaceutical partners. The organization is currently recruiting for three full-time positions in Kenya to strengthen its finance, customer support, and operations teams. These roles sit at the core of TC4A’s mission to scale healthcare education across the region.

Open Positions

Customer Support Officer

• Serve as the primary contact for healthcare professionals, institutional clients, and program participants using TC4A’s Medical Learning Hub platform
• Manage support inquiries across email, WhatsApp, and in-platform messaging channels with defined service level agreements
• Handle healthcare professional credential verification during account setup to ensure platform security and data integrity
• Resolve queries related to platform access, course enrollment, certificate issuance, and professional accreditation
• Compile and analyze support patterns to develop self-service resources, FAQs, and help center content
• Report on support metrics including response times and ticket resolution rates to internal teams

Finance Manager

• Lead financial operations across all TC4A entities, including month-end reconciliation, management reporting, and quarterly consolidation
• Develop annual budgets and rolling cash flow forecasts; monitor variance and alert leadership to material deviations
• Manage audit relationships with external providers and ensure compliance with statutory requirements across operating countries (KRA, URA, RRA)
• Handle tax, payroll, and regulatory filings in each jurisdiction, either directly or through local professional advisors
• Build and review budgets for grant-funded programs and pharmaceutical client contracts
• Oversee the finance team and coordinate with external accountants in country offices

Admin Officer

• Manage day-to-day operations of TC4A’s Nairobi headquarters, including facilities, supplies, IT systems, and vendor relationships
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, visa applications, and accommodation for staff and external partners
• Organize internal workshops, partner meetings, and client events; manage logistics and documentation
• Maintain centralized records of contracts, memoranda of understanding, insurance policies, and regulatory documents
• Process vendor invoices, staff expense reports, and reimbursements in coordination with the finance team
• Support onboarding, leave management, and personnel file maintenance for the wider organization

General Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) or equivalent professional qualification; relevant professional certifications preferred
• Experience: Customer Support Officer: 2–3 years in customer support or user-facing roles; Finance Manager: 5+ years in finance with at least 2 years in a management capacity; Admin Officer: 3–5 years in administrative or office management positions
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; Finance Manager role requires advanced Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks or similar); Customer Support Officer must be comfortable with help desk and CRM platforms
• Language & Communication: Fluent written and spoken English required across all roles; French is advantageous for the Finance Manager position
• Sector Knowledge: Healthcare sector familiarity is valued; Finance Manager candidates should have experience with multi-country consolidation, donor audits, or grant management
