Job Description:

You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing talent across various domains, ensuring they reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Identify and recruit exceptional talent that aligns with our organization’s vision and values. Conduct interviews, auditions, and talent assessments to evaluate candidates.
  • Talent Development: Create and execute personalized talent development plans. Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Talent Representation: Act as the liaison between talents and our organization. Negotiate contracts, deals, and endorsements to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Career Management: Develop long-term career strategies for talents. Monitor and guide their career trajectories, making strategic decisions to maximize their potential.
  • Talent Retention: Implement strategies to retain and motivate talents. Address concerns, grievances, and conflicts as they arise to maintain a positive working environment.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and emerging talents. Identify opportunities for collaboration or acquisition.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Maintain meticulous records of talent contracts, performances, and achievements. Utilize data and analytics to assess talent performance and inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in talent management or a related role.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its trends.
  • Familiarity with contract law and negotiation.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
