The Opportunity: EY-Parthenon is known for its fast-growing global strategy capability. We advise clients on strategic issues impacting their business performance and investment decisions. Our strategy team focuses on areas such as strategy review, corporate and growth strategy development, market entry strategy, new business models, and commercial due diligence. You will work with a high-performing, integrated team serving diverse global and local corporate clients, providing you with continuous learning, development opportunities, and a sense of achievement.

Strategy Senior Consultant Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Delivery: You will be responsible for structuring engagements, leading project teams, and managing client interactions on a day-to-day basis.
2. Business Development: Proactively pursuing new opportunities, preparing proposals, and actively contributing to business development meetings.
3. Team Development: Mentoring junior resources through on-the-job training, sector meetings, informal discussions, and formal EY-P training modules.
4. Thought Leadership: Contributing to studies, reports, presentations, and social media materials to strengthen EY-Parthenon’s reputation and presence.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of second-class upper honors and at least 5 years of experience in strategy consulting and/or transaction advisory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to shape business agendas and define strategic roadmaps.
• Experience in managing complex business projects and working with diverse teams.
• Academic achievement with a minimum overall grade of a B in KCSE and B in both English and Mathematics.
• Strong people and leadership skills, including collaboration, team management, and coaching.
• Solid business development acumen, both internally and externally.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, team player, and excellent communicator.
