Customer Service Job Purpose:

Our primary objective is to deliver exceptional support and facilitate sales processes, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and driving additional sales.

Functions/Key Results Expected:

  1. Customer Support Coordination: You will be responsible for coordinating information for customers as they explore our websites, place orders, and complete the checkout process. Additionally, providing after-sales support will be a crucial aspect of your role.
  2. Phone Communication: Engaging in phone conversations with customers, you will address their inquiries, offer relevant information, and provide expert advice to enhance their shopping experience.
  3. Handling Special Requests and Complaints: You will efficiently handle any special requests from customers and resolve complaints to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Data Management: Collecting and organizing user data within our backend system will be an essential task, contributing to improved customer interactions and personalized experiences.
  5. Follow-up and Communication: You will be responsible for prompt and effective follow-ups with customers, using various means such as emails and phone calls, to ensure their needs are met comprehensively.

Key Capabilities and Education:

  1. Basic Degree/Diploma: We require candidates with a foundational educational background to excel in this role.
  2. Excellent Communication Skills: Your ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers will be crucial for delivering top-notch support.
  3. Proficient in English and Luganda: Proficiency in both languages will enable you to cater to a diverse customer base and provide assistance in their preferred language.
  4. Computer and Typing Skills: Good computer skills and typing proficiency will enable you to navigate our systems efficiently and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  5. Previous Relevant Work Experience: Ideally, you should possess 2-3 years of experience in customer care support, allowing you to bring valuable expertise and enhance our customer service operations.
