Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized and secure inventory system for all hotel supplies.
• Receive, verify, and record incoming stock while checking for quality and accuracy.
• Issue items to various departments based on requisitions and maintain proper records.
• Regularly conduct stocktaking and inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor stock levels and advise on reorders to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the store at all times.
• Implement and adhere to safety standards and guidelines for storing goods.
• Prepare and maintain stock reports for management review.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.

Minimum Requirements & Responsibility

• 2-3 years of experience as a Store Keeper in a hotel setting.
• Proficient in computer applications for inventory management and reporting.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
