Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding skincare and beauty product features, ingredients, and usage

• Execute product upselling strategies and close sales opportunities at point of sale
• Maintain organized product displays and ensure the shop floor meets visual merchandising standards
• Participate in TikTok live sessions and social media promotional content when assigned
• Document and manage customer feedback, addressing concerns in a professional manner
• Monitor daily and monthly sales performance against assigned targets
• Support the sales team in achieving overall business growth objectives

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven background in retail sales, beauty products, customer service, or related sector
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain product benefits clearly
• Demonstrated interest in skincare and beauty product categories
• Self-motivated with the ability to work towards and achieve sales targets independently
• Willingness to appear on social media platforms and TikTok content for promotional purposes
• Ability to identify upselling opportunities and close customer transactions
• Police Clearance Certificate (an advantage)
