Roles and Responsibilities 

As an Service Intern, you will work under the guidance of experienced Service Technicians and Engineers to support daily workshop and field service operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist with preventive maintenance activities on electric buses.
• Support routine vehicle inspections and servicing activities.
• Learn and perform basic mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks under supervision.
• Assist in cleaning, inspecting, and securing electrical connectors and components.
• Support coolant level checks, tyre inspections, and general vehicle health checks.
• Observe and assist during diagnostic and repair activities.
• Learn safe handling of EV systems and workshop equipment.
• Support documentation of maintenance activities and service reports.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and adhere to 5S standards.
• Follow all BasiGo safety procedures, especially High Voltage (HV) safety requirements.
• Participate in continuous learning sessions, toolbox talks, and technical training.
• Perform any other duties assigned in support of service operations.
