Position Overview

As the Sales Team Lead, you’ll be at the helm of our Sales Agents within your designated territory. Your primary role will involve overseeing sales operations, ensuring target achievement, and managing client interactions. This role calls for dynamism, self-motivation, as well as exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Training

  • Identify and enlist proactive and goal-driven sales agents who are capable of effectively promoting SunCulture products.
  • Provide comprehensive training and onboarding to equip sales agents for successful sales outcomes and alignment with company KPIs.

Team Management

  • Conduct regular check-ins with the teams to optimize productivity levels.
  • Monitor lead generation and sales processes of individual sales agents.
  • Coordinate post-sales customer service to bolster the brand’s reputation.

Sales Focus

  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager to define and establish ambitious sales KPIs, surpassing expectations of our sales agents.
  • Supervise and drive towards successful sales closures, meeting SunCulture’s sales targets.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and community members, ensuring maximum utilization of allocated clusters while fostering understanding of SunCulture products and brand.

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Profound leadership qualities coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker capable of effective planning, management, and decisive action.
  • Ability to excel under tight deadlines and meet ambitious targets.
  • Passion for irrigation, deep industry knowledge, and adaptability to current trends relevant to SunCulture.
  • Independent thought leader with proactive decision-making capabilities.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and skilled in dynamic work environments.
  • Capable of handling pressure, meeting targets, maintaining composure, and managing rejection gracefully.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, both individually and for your team.
  • A diploma or degree would be advantageous.
