Qualifications for the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to take charge of our social media strategy and bolster our online presence to ultimately drive increased sales.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will involve:

  • Overseeing the social media strategy and maintaining our online platforms with the goal of boosting sales.
  • Managing day-to-day activities across multiple company social media channels, which include e-commerce websites, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
  • Creating, planning, and executing engaging content across all social media platforms.
  • Familiarizing yourself with our product portfolio and contributing to digitization efforts, such as photography, editing, and database management.
  • Addressing customer queries through various channels, such as phone, email, and social media.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of a cohesive corporate social media strategy.
  • Identifying and engaging potential new users, fostering greater social media interaction.
  • Learning and overseeing the use of sales, accounting, and e-commerce software employed by our group of companies.

Selection Criteria

The selection process will include:

  • A formal interview.
  • Demonstrating your ability to effectively communicate with both customers and team members.
  • Displaying strong writing and content creation capabilities.
  • Exhibiting proficiency in photography, editing, and content creation.
  • Demonstrating familiarity with essential software and showcasing website management skills.
