Position: Sales Representative Intern

Responsibilities:

  1. Learn the Ropes: Under the guidance of our seasoned sales team, you’ll be introduced to the fundamentals of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  2. Prospecting: Assist in identifying potential clients and target markets through research and data analysis to support the sales team’s efforts in reaching out to new leads.
  3. Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to present our products and services and schedule meetings for senior sales representatives.
  4. Presentations: Collaborate with the sales team to create and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the value of Elite Digital Solutions’ offerings to clients.
  5. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  6. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends and contribute to the development of effective sales strategies.
  7. Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team in managing client accounts, preparing sales materials, and updating CRM databases.
  8. Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance your sales skills and industry knowledge.
  9. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues from different departments to ensure smooth communication and effective coordination in delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  1. Enthusiastic Learner: A passion for sales and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  3. Goal-Oriented: A driven individual with the ability to set and achieve sales targets and meet deadlines.

  6. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using digital tools, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  7. Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (if applicable).
