We’re searching for 20 experienced, motivated, and results-driven candidates to join us as Sales & Marketing Executives. These individuals will report to the Sales and Marketing Team Leader and be based at our Optiven Head Office in Nairobi, located in the Absa Towers on the 2nd floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the market to identify needs, potential, and desired rates.
  • Generate leads consistently through methods such as cold calling, referrals, lead generation services, and various media channels.
  • Seek out new business opportunities by approaching potential clients.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our company’s value proposition.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify and close business opportunities.
  • Stay informed about developments in the Kenyan real estate market, offering clients evidence-based advice on aspects like prices and legal requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of branding and marketing strategies.
  • Provide post-sale customer service and maintain a database of clients and potential clients in our company’s records.
  • Regularly provide sales reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) to company management regarding sales operations and generated returns.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients by offering support, information, guidance, and recommending service improvements.
  • Coordinate property deal closures to ensure essential documents are signed, and payments are received.
  • Oversee the preparation and approval of documents like sale agreements and titles.
  • Manage property sales promotions on advertising media and listing services.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws and policies when conducting property sales.
  • Represent the company at sales meetings, as well as participate in seminars, conferences, and events.
  • Safeguard company property and assets used for marketing and sales purposes.
  • Fulfill other related tasks as needed from time to time.


  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in the French language is an advantage.
  • Proficient in using the Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Marketer/Sales Executive in the real estate sector.
  • Availability to start work immediately.
