Role Summary

We are seeking highly motivated Sales and Marketing Agents to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments. Your main responsibility will be to generate leads, pitch our services, and close deals while fostering long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals

• Promote and sell Lasante Paramedics’ services with strong persuasive arguments

• Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships

• Follow up with leads via phone, email, social media, and in-person visits

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within set timelines

• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline client onboarding and support

• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular progress and market reports

• Stay updated with market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Marketing Agent, or similar role

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in English and MS Office (knowledge of CRM software is a plus)

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an added advantage
