Amplus International Sales Agents Responsibilities
- Generate and track orders, ensuring timely delivery and payment.
- Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to enhance satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry competition and best practices for professional development, providing effective assistance to clients.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of product inventory and technical specifications to answer customer inquiries accurately.
- Establish, nurture, and strengthen existing business relationships with current and potential customers.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
Sales Agents Qualifications
- Are you a Kenyan aged 25 years or older?
- Do you have a passion for sales?
- Do you possess experience in selling cement and other construction materials?
- Can you meet agreed-upon sales targets with minimal supervision?
- Do you have the qualities required for upselling and cross-selling our products?
- Are your communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills excellent?
- Are you proficient in record-keeping?
- Do you own an Android phone?
- Are you open to working on a commission basis?
