Restaurant Hostess at Ole Sereni

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Hostess at Emara Ole-Sereni, located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Restaurant Hostess will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, managing reservations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth seating arrangements. Daily tasks will include maintaining a pleasant dining environment, assisting with special requests, and coordinating with the restaurant staff to optimize guest satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Experience with managing Reservations and Phone Etiquette
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is advantageous
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays
