Job Overview:

Responsible for coordinating and supervising the sourcing of goods, works and services, including contracts based on the principles of value for money in line with objectives, policies, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing suppliers/Supplier negotiations
  • Evaluation of Suppliers’ and Vendors’ Performance on a quarterly basis.
  • Ensure adherence to various procurement contracts – SLAs.
  • Preparation of periodic and management reports.
  • Handle overseas procurement and exports (Dry cargo) on time & ensure all documentation is done in line with company procedures and statutory requirements observed.
  • Support and supervise tendering processes for various categories.
  • Participate in development, implementation and review of procurement policies, processes and procedures.
  • Supplier/Vendor relationship management
  • Supplier/Vendor Payment processing as per agreed terms.
  • Undertake disposals as per procurement set policy and guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance to ISO 9001:2015 QMS requirements.
  • Carry out any other duties as may be assigned by Management.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing & Supplies Management, Business Administration, Economics, or any other related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of procurement experience
  • Professional certification i.e., CIPS
