Job Description:

Engage with customers via phone or in-person interactions.

Enter and rectify customer orders and subscriptions using various computer software packages.

Learn to identify and correct errors independently with guidance.

Undergo training on diverse computer software packages, adhere to policies and procedures, enhance knowledge of the Distribution product line, manage customer interactions over the phone and in person, handle various orders and subscriptions, assist in addressing customer inquiries and issues, and handle diverse customer personalities, including unsatisfied and disappointed customers.

Improve speed and accuracy in all areas covered during training.

Must maintain eligibility for a Temple Recommend.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in stores management, Business Management/Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Minimum four years of work experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong record-keeping skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to identify errors.
  • Good time management and collaboration skills.
  • Basic accounting skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in telephone communication.
  • Familiarity with computer equipment.
