Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Proven track record working in the petroleum industry, specifically in dispatch coordination, logistics, or documentation roles.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience processing and managing dispatch documentation for petroleum truck operations.
- Mandatory proficiency in SAP with practical experience in order processing and dispatch coordination workflows.
- Solid working knowledge of petroleum loading procedures and dispatch protocols.
- High precision in data entry and document handling, with an ability to catch errors and inconsistencies.
- Strong problem-solving capability and capacity to coordinate across multiple departments and external partners.
