  • Have served as Senior Principal T-Scale 14 for a minimum period of three (3) years.
  • Have satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal and performance contracting process.
  • Have demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor and provide professional support to other teachers.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT
For appointment to this grade, an Officer must have: –

  • Served as Curriculum Support Officer I, T-scale 11 for a minimum period of three (3) years.
  • Certificate in computer applications.
  • Attended a management course lasting not less than 2 weeks.
  • Met any other requirement deemed necessary by the Commission.

For appointment to this grade, a teacher must: –

  • Have served as Senior Master IV or Senior lecturer IV or Deputy Headteacher II, T-Scale 9 for a minimum period of three (3) years;
  • A Bachelor’s degree in education from a recognized institution, or a Bachelor’s degree plus a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from a recognized institution;
  • Have obtained a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process;
  • Certificate in computer applications
  • Meet any other requirement deemed necessary by the Commission

 

Curriculum Support Officer II (SNE) – 134 Posts

For appointment to this grade, a teacher must: –

  • Have served as Senior Master IV, Senior lecturer IV or Deputy Headteacher II TScale 9 for a minimum period of three (3) years;
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Special needs education from a recognized institution; a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a Bachelor’s degree with a post graduate diploma in Education plus a Diploma in Special Needs Education from a recognized institution;
  • Have obtained a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process;
  • Have a Certificate in computer applications
  • Meet any other requirement deemed necessary by the Commission.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT
For appointment to this grade, a teacher must: –

  • Have served as Deputy Head teacher II T-Scale 9 for a minimum period of three (3) years;

Senior Teacher II (SNE) – 188 Posts

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT
For appointment to this grade, a teacher must: –

  • Have served as Primary teacher I SNE T-Scale 6 for a minimum period for three (3) years.
  • Have obtained a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process.
  • Have demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor and provide professional support to otherteachers and.
  • Meet any other requirement deemed necessary by the Commission.
