Key Responsibilities

- Request and monitor office supply inventory, ensuring adequate stock of general materials needed for daily operations.
- Operate standard office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, and other machinery as required.
- Manage kitchen facilities inventory, prepare and serve beverages to staff and visitors.
- Collect, process, and deliver outgoing and incoming mail, coordinating with postal services and maintaining records.
- Execute routine office and messenger duties, including document delivery and general administrative support.
- Identify, report, and follow up on facility repairs and maintenance issues to ensure safe and functional work environments.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) with a mean grade of D (Plain) or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications including word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Fulfil all requirements set out in Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010, including integrity and accountability standards.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
- Reliable custody and care of office facilities, equipment, and confidential materials.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in document handling and record keeping.
