Role Description: This is a full-time role for an office assistant in one of our branches at Boost Credit Limited. The office assistant will be responsible for:
- Efficient record keeping for loans issued.
- Ensuring compliance with company policy before issuance of loans.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Custodian of all office supplies and management of the same.
- Ensuring cleanliness of the office at all times.
- Filing, record keeping, and processing of various office payments promptly.
- Collaborating with other cross-functional teams to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years’ demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Ability to work within strict deadlines.
- Degree/Diploma in Secretarial, Business, or any related field.
