Role Description: This is a full-time role for an office assistant in one of our branches at Boost Credit Limited. The office assistant will be responsible for:

  • Efficient record keeping for loans issued.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policy before issuance of loans.
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Custodian of all office supplies and management of the same.
  • Ensuring cleanliness of the office at all times.
  • Filing, record keeping, and processing of various office payments promptly.
  • Collaborating with other cross-functional teams to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 years’ demonstrable experience in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work within strict deadlines.
  • Degree/Diploma in Secretarial, Business, or any related field.
