About the Role

We are recruiting an Office Administrator-Real Estate Job (50K) to join a growing real estate firm based in Kenya. This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Managing Director, combining core administrative duties with customer service and telesales support. The successful candidate will be the operational backbone of the office, managing everything from documentation and filing systems to client communication and lead follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administration, customer service, or office operations roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong knowledge of office administration practices and documentation management.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is advantageous; background in Human Resource Management is also valued.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven telephone etiquette.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities; capable of managing competing priorities independently and under pressure.
