Key Responsibilities
- Manage office filing systems, document storage, and maintain accurate records of company correspondence and materials.

- Coordinate office maintenance activities and resolve operational issues affecting workplace functionality.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Human Resource Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in office administration, customer service, or office operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong knowledge of office administration practices, filing systems, and record-keeping standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven customer service experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise work, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
