Requirements for Joining MSC Cruises To become part of the MSC Cruises family, there are specific requirements:

1. Minimum 2 Years Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a 4 or 5-star hotel or a similar position in a cruise line is required. We value expertise and a strong background in the hospitality industry.
2. Fluency in English: Proficiency in English is essential to ensure effective communication with our diverse international guests.
