Roles and Responsibilities

  • Possess substantial expertise in the sales of Medical Devices, Medical Equipment, Consumables, Surgical Products, Medical Furniture, and non-diagnostic equipment.
  • Demonstrate experience in engaging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers within specific institutions to facilitate purchasing decisions.
  • Strategically plan and organize work schedules, arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and medical teams in hospitals. Implement a call plan strategy to establish effective business relationships with healthcare partners.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations to doctors, practice staff, and hospital nurses, as well as pharmacies.
  • Foster and sustain positive working relationships with medical personnel while directly selling medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
  • Meet and surpass set targets and projected sales figures within allocated territories. Manage budget expenditures by conducting product demonstrations and executing sales presentations.
  • Maintain meticulous records of interactions and achievements.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets within assigned regions.
  • Take responsibility for finalizing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate enduring positive customer relationships, instilling loyalty and trust in the company as a preferred supplier.
  • Develop an annual sales plan aligned with organizational strategies and goals.
  • Establish, nurture, and oversee sales teams capable of executing necessary sales activities.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of available resources to implement business strategies and realize sales plans.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Directly implement and execute sales policies and practices for direct customers.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the client base.
  • Provide sales strategy recommendations based on market research and competitor analysis.
  • Maintain positive rapport with medical personnel while keeping detailed work records.
  • Devise strategies to increase opportunities for engagements within the medical and healthcare sector.
  • Stay informed about healthcare sector activities in specific geographical areas.

Key Requirements and Skills

  • Ideally hold a science-related degree such as Bio-Medical Engineering, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, BSc in Chemistry, or Pharmacy, with an emphasis on Sales and Marketing.
  • Possess 3-5 years of work experience in selling medical equipment (excluding diagnostic equipment).
  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of various medical equipment.
  • Showcase excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrate the capacity to make strategic decisions.
