Job Overview

Our client in the Automotive industry is seeking proactive Tele-Sales Agents who will play a vital role in supporting the marketing department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls as a strategic marketing approach for a range of sales and marketing endeavors, including initiating cold calls, cross-selling, and upselling to both new and existing customers.
  • Address customer inquiries over the phone, redirecting calls to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Wrap up post-call tasks to ensure the call cycle is effectively concluded.
  • Attain predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the overall achievement of sales targets.
  • Offer feedback and recommendations for refining and elevating current and future telemarketing initiatives.
  • Generate daily and weekly reports to assess individual effectiveness, presenting data that reflects weekly individual productivity.
  • Uphold the Company’s service standards with each call handled.
  • Maintain accurate client, call, and sales records as well as the customer database as required by the Company.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of data in line with Company guidelines.
  • Understand customer needs to encourage repeat sales.
  • Gather and document customer details, payment methods, purchases, and product feedback.
  • Stay updated on product information and inform customers about new offerings.
  • Assist in sales procedures through phone interactions with customers.
  • Initiate follow-up phone calls after customers’ purchases to facilitate recurring orders.


  • Possess a minimum of a Diploma in a business-related field.
  • Prior experience in telesales is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Display creative thinking abilities.
  • Patience and adeptness in engaging customers in meaningful conversations.
  • Demonstrated sales acumen.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer software.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and effective problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage rejection and handle stress during customer interactions.
  • Sales background is advantageous.
  • Capable of working towards strict performance targets.
  • Self-motivated and driven by goals.
