Role Overview: What to Expect as a Supervisor at Florensis
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all aspects of crop maintenance and harvesting. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth flow of processes while ensuring that employees are well-trained and processes are followed. Additionally, your role will involve coaching and motivating group leaders to create a friendly and conducive environment within Florensis.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Horticulture.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and teams.
- Proficient people management skills.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role will be considered an added advantage.
