The trust is now recruiting for three distinct positions to strengthen its financial management, artisan production capacity, and field-based project delivery. These roles are based in Nairobi and offer full-time employment with an organisation committed to measurable community impact.

Open Positions

Programmes Accountant

• Manage financial records and accounts for the organisation’s development programmes
• Prepare and maintain financial reports aligned with donor and organisational requirements
• Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards and procedures
• Support budget monitoring and financial planning across programme areas

Leather Artisan – Maa Beadwork

• Produce high-quality leather and beadwork items for market and retail channels
• Apply traditional Maa craft techniques to create finished products
• Maintain quality standards and meet production schedules
• Contribute to product design and artisan skills development where relevant

Project Extension Officer – Olderkesi

• Implement field-based activities and community engagement initiatives in the Olderkesi area
• Liaise with community stakeholders and project beneficiaries
• Monitor project progress and document implementation data
• Support programme delivery across conservation, livelihood, or education objectives
