- Ensure that all products are clean, well-presented, and sold at the correct recommended retail price.
- Conduct market price surveys among competitors and share findings with the coordinator.
- Communicate with the coordinator before the end of the business day to report orders, products sold, and received payments for reconciliation.
- Collect payments from customers promptly and confirm funds, adhering to their established payment terms.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to customers, typically within 5-10 minutes of receiving an order.
- Educate and promote the usage of the J-Gas App to both existing clients and new customers.
- Efficiently onboard customers onto the J-Gas App.
- Provide feedback to customers regarding complaints or suggestions, and monitor progress to ensure their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the finance team at the J-Gas outlet for monthly stock takes.
- Visit clients and potential clients to assess their needs and promote products and services.
- Share all customer data and records with the supervisor.
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or company as needed.
