Job Overview

Responsible for operating and maintaining polypropylene (PP) sacks liner machines to ensure efficient production of high-quality liners while adhering to safety, quality, and production standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor PP sacks liner machines for optimal performance.
• Adjust machine parameters to meet production specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues promptly to maintain continuous production.
• Maintain accurate production records, including output, machine performance, and incidents.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to achieve production targets.
• Ensure minimal material wastage and adherence to quality control measures.
• Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Key Qualification

• Certificate or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Production, or a related technical field is an added advantage.
• On-job training or vocational courses in machine operation, maintenance, or plastics/PP manufacturing is desirable.
