Legal Assistant at Metropolitan Hospital

Job Summary:

• The Legal Assistant will provide support to the Legal Department. The role involves assisting with legal documentation, regulatory filings, board meetings, and compliance monitoring to ensure adherence to legal and corporate governance requirements.

Academic & Professional Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or Diploma in Legal Studies.
• 1 years post admission
• 1-2 years’ experience in a legal, corporate governance, or compliance role, preferably in a corporate or healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of corporate law, healthcare regulations, and compliance frameworks in Kenya.
• Familiarity with board secretarial duties and governance best practices.
• Legal research skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Technical knowledge
