Kilishop Officer at Kilimall

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor and oversee the performance of the assigned region
• Identify and address challenges impacting performance in a timely manner.
• Regularly update and maintain data using Excel.
• Follow up on reverse and forward logistics.
• Ensure daily clearance and resolution of abnormal data.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with KiliShops in the region.
• Act as the primary point of contact for KiliShops, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
• Work to improve KiliShops’ reviews and ratings in the designated region.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with operational and quality standards.
• Ensure all KiliShops provide accurate invoices.
• Generate and manage invoices for KiliShops in the assigned region.
• Monitor and report any discrepancies in billing or payments.
• Create and manage virtual training sessions for KiliShops in the region.
• Organize regular workshops or meetings to align shop owners with company objectives.
• Prepare periodic performance reports for the region and share them with management.
• Communicate updates, new policies, and initiatives to KiliShops effectively.

Skills and Competencies

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in regional management, operations, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring operational excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUP).
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with the retail or e-commerce sector is a plus.
