RESPONSIBILITIES:

Main Duties:

Business Opportunity Analysis:
- Assist in evaluating new land sales, development projects, and other opportunities.
- Present analysis results to senior management for approval.
Financial Model Development & Maintenance:
- Collaborate on creating and updating business plans and financial models for real estate projects.
- Include key elements like power, water, and telecom in these models.
Presentation Creation:
- Collaborate on crafting high-quality presentations for senior management.
- Use financial data and visual aids to effectively convey insights and updates.
Supporting Strategy Development:
- Contribute to formulating and implementing strategies for both existing and new businesses.
- Work under the guidance of senior team members.
Investor Relations Management:
- Assist in maintaining investor information for real estate and other projects.
- Ensure accuracy and relevance of investor materials.
Participation in Deal Origination & Execution:
- Support deal origination and execution processes, following directions from experienced team members.
Additional Tasks:
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Actuarial Science, or a related field (First class).
1-3 years of experience in financial analysis.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
Familiarity with valuation methods and principles.
Knowledge of general accounting principles and practices.

Required Skills:

Solid understanding of Finance and Financial Markets, applicable in practical scenarios.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
