WAITRESS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and serve them promptly.

• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained.

• Check on customers during service to ensure satisfaction.

• Handle billing, issue receipts, and process payments.

• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints politely.

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

• Follow all hygiene, safety, and service standards.

• Support catering events and special functions as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality is an advantage.

• At least 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a customer service role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure and remain calm in busy environments.

• Excellent personal grooming and professional appearance.

The Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting the smooth running of catering operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in food preparation, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering excellent dining experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, cook, and present meals in line with company recipes and standards.

• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet customer expectations.

• Assist in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.

• Manage kitchen stock, monitor food supplies, and minimize wastage.

• Supervise and support kitchen assistants and other staff where necessary.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.

• Assist in catering events, buffets, and special functions.

• Report to the Head Chef / Catering Manager on kitchen operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or Food Production.

• At least 2 years’ proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment.

• Strong cooking skills across a variety of cuisines.

• Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen management.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
