Job Responsibilities

In this role, your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

  1. Identifying opportunities for IT solutions.
  2. Taking ownership of and achieving the assigned revenue target.
  3. Developing and expanding a client base using effective sales techniques such as prospecting, cold calls, lead generation, and probing.
  4. Evaluating opportunities and collaborating with the Technical team to create suitable solutions for clients.
  5. Crafting proposals and tenders for the solutions agreed upon with customers.
  6. Coordinating demonstrations and proof of concepts for potential customers, showcasing new technologies.
  7. Negotiating favorable commercial terms with customers.
  8. Generating weekly sales reports and maintaining an active role in delivering high-value solutions within set deadlines.
  9. Actively participating in company sales and revenue meetings, while also gathering market intelligence.
  10. Fulfilling any additional responsibilities as requested.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you should meet the following qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or a BSC (Bachelor of Science).
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling IT products.
  3. Experience with tenders and proposals would be an added advantage.
