Job Responsibilities
In this role, your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Identifying opportunities for IT solutions.
- Taking ownership of and achieving the assigned revenue target.
- Developing and expanding a client base using effective sales techniques such as prospecting, cold calls, lead generation, and probing.
- Evaluating opportunities and collaborating with the Technical team to create suitable solutions for clients.
- Crafting proposals and tenders for the solutions agreed upon with customers.
- Coordinating demonstrations and proof of concepts for potential customers, showcasing new technologies.
- Negotiating favorable commercial terms with customers.
- Generating weekly sales reports and maintaining an active role in delivering high-value solutions within set deadlines.
- Actively participating in company sales and revenue meetings, while also gathering market intelligence.
- Fulfilling any additional responsibilities as requested.
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or a BSC (Bachelor of Science).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling IT products.
- Experience with tenders and proposals would be an added advantage.
