- Assist in reviewing, drafting, and revising a diverse range of contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, customer and supplier agreements, professional services agreements, and creating template agreements.
- Aid in various corporate activities such as Real Estate conveyancing transactions, corporate governance matters, and facilitating business filings.
- Offer support in delivering strategic legal guidance on business operations and product development.
- Contribute to the enhancement of standard form agreements and legal processes.
- Provide assistance in compliance and legal risk management, including researching statutes, laws, and other legal matters relevant to the company’s operations.
- Maintain departmental safes, registers, and documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments as necessary to perform additional duties as assigned.
- Fulfill any other duties as designated on occasion.
- Possess a Second Class Degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized University.
- Attained a B grade or higher in O levels/high school.
- Demonstrate creative and business-oriented legal thinking in the application of law.
- Capable of proactively and creatively addressing potential legal issues.
- Be a team player ready to learn, adapt, and work with minimal supervision.
- Exhibit excellent organizational, administrative, communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- Display high levels of energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to work extended hours under tight deadlines and cater to multiple stakeholders.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Develop expertise in commercial, corporate, real estate, and investment law.
- Hone skills in contract negotiation, drafting, and management.
