About the Role

You’ll work across Windows Server environments, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications while supporting a diverse user base of educators and administrative staff. Key Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain the school’s computer networks, servers, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi systems, and overall ICT infrastructure.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and application software across the institution.
• Manage user accounts, system access, business applications, and software licensing to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Perform daily data backups and recovery procedures, maintaining documentation of all ICT assets and system configurations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, email, and network-related issues, providing technical support to staff on demand.
• Monitor system performance and security threats; conduct regular security checks and implement controls to protect institutional data.
• Coordinate user training on business and educational applications to improve staff proficiency and system adoption.
• Evaluate existing ICT systems and recommend technology improvements that enhance both learning outcomes and operational efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
• Minimum five years’ professional experience in IT systems administration, network administration, or end-user technical support.
• Demonstrated experience managing Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, wireless networking, and internet technologies.
• Professional certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+ or Security+, or ITIL are advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong technical troubleshooting ability.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail in all technical work.
• Ability to work independently under pressure while maintaining clear communication with non-technical staff members.
