Primary Job Objective

The primary objective of this position is to provide assistance to computer users in the operation and maintenance of computer systems and technological equipment. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, constructing, installing, maintaining, and repairing computer systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring system security and data assurance, particularly by running vulnerability reports.

Required Skills and Competencies

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Networking, or Programming.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of Information Technology.
• Proficiency in understanding and working with Computer systems and various technologies, showcasing technical expertise.
• Familiarity and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure platforms and Microsoft Office 365. Knowledge of the C# coding language would be considered an advantageous skill.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
