Responsibilities
- Oracle ERP Applications and Database administration, Training and support.
- ICT Projects implementation. ( Network, Security, Software, Hardware and Application Projects)
- Ensure smooth operations of the central systems and communications infrastructure.
- Implement IT strategic plan in support of the company’s corporate and business plans.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the systems and equipment at all times.
- Formulate and implement the company’s ICT policies.
- ICT Assets Allocation and Management.
- Network configuration, Monitoring and Maintenance of Local Area Network.
- IT Service provider selection and contracts management.
- Procurement of ICT equipment.
- Support Senior Management with Online tendering processes,
- Audio and Video Teleconferencing support
Key Competencies
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of IT hardware/software.
- Expertise in data management and data governance.
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
- Agile project management skills
- Experience installing, configuring, and managing both wired and wireless LAN, and firewalls
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical work experience.
- ERP Deployment and skills on Support and Usage
- CCNA course desired, MCSE or equivalent experience is required.
- At least five years of experience in IT Support in a manufacturing set up.
