IT Intern Responsibilities
- Assist the IT team in providing technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

- Participate in IT asset management, including inventory tracking and documentation.

- Support IT projects, such as software deployments and infrastructure upgrades.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and macOS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and end-users.
